I started my new job this week. It's going really well! I have training for the first 8 weeks so it's just like going to school. I now remember why I used to ditch class so much, I get SUPER bored. I need to be challenged to stay entertained... but I'm just glad I'm catching on and not feeling lost. Everyone at work is super nice and I've made a couple of friends.
At first I was pretty upset that this job was ruining our wedding plans but now everything is working out and I'm really excited again. We have a new wedding date planned at the bismarck temple on August 6th. There will be 3 receptions. One is right after the wedding in Bismarck, then there will be one in Thief River on August 20th , and then one in St. George on November 26th. I was just looking at the plane tickets for November... and it looks like we're going to have to drive... :( I told John I would never drive to Utah again.... lame! but it'll be worth it :)
So my goals for this week are:
#1 Finish sewing my wedding dress. If I do it now and screw up, at least I'll have time to fix it. I really don't want to be stressed about it anymore.
#2 Finish invitations! Now that we have our date set again, I can finish them real quick and get them sent out.
I have a date in an hour. Trying REALLY hard to stay awake :)
